Built on former sugar estate land, the course carries a subtle sense of heritage without turning into a nostalgia piece. Fairways are generous enough to welcome confident drives, yet bunkers appear in the places that force that second thought. The wind whistles over the sugar can fields and occasionally joins the conversation too, adding a layer of unpredictability that makes club selection part of the strategy every hole.
