Mont Choisy Golf Course is the one we recommend when convenience and course quality need to coexist. Being the only full championship layout in the northern region already gives it an advantage, yet what keeps it firmly on the shortlist is how well the course actually plays. We booked an early round expecting convenience and left impressed by how thoughtfully the design challenges every level of golfer, holding many a tournament here since.
Built on former sugar estate land, the course carries a subtle sense of heritage without turning into a nostalgia piece. Fairways are generous enough to welcome confident drives, yet bunkers appear in the places that force that second thought. The wind whistles over the sugar can fields and occasionally joins the conversation too, adding a layer of unpredictability that makes club selection part of the strategy every hole. A course where beginners can move around comfortably, mid-handicappers enjoy plotting their way through each hole and experienced players still find reasons to concentrate.
The supporting facilities are world standard. The practice range is spacious, carts make the tropical heat manageable and the clubhouse offers a relaxed post-round setting where a cold drink is particularly well earned.
Mont Choisy is the northern course you book when you want a serious, well-designed championship round that fits beautifully into a holiday schedule and still leaves you having played somewhere worth remembering.
