Quite literally our local hangout - if you want to bump into a Salt & Soul founder, we're in our office or at Bloom... Not just a breakfast or lunch spot - it’s a small creative clubhouse cleverly disguised as a restaurant. We’ve spent mornings here :) watching light spill across leafy corners while conversations drift from ideas to plans, all without feeling staged. People arrive for the food but linger for the atmosphere, where something about the space quietly encourages authenticity and curiosity. We've sat here trying to decode how they created the atmosphere at Bloom...

The wallpaper, the inside-outside feel. The plates reflect that ethos; colourful, thoughtful and balanced. Eggs, grains, greens and pastries land with gentle confidence, smoothies taste bright, coffees, omg, shout out to Dodo Grand Cru (perfect gift from Mauritius), hit just right and cakes have a way of persuading even the disciplined.

It’s the energy that stays with you. Friends sketch projects on napkins, writers tap away at laptops, travellers swap stories of roads not yet travelled. Staff move with clarity and warmth, keeping everything effortless. For mornings that feed the body and nudge the spirit, Bloom is a spot we’re always happy to return to. And, they've just introduced dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - need we say more?
