Booking Policy

We believe a stay should feel effortless from the moment you reserve to the moment you leave. The guidelines below ensure that every guest enjoys a smooth experience while protecting the homes entrusted to us. 1. Reservation Confirmation A booking is confirmed once payment or the response to booking request has been received and a confirmation email has been issued. 2. Payment Terms A reservation deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your selected dates. The remaining balance must be settled before arrival according to the payment schedule provided at checkout. Reservations that remain unpaid beyond the stated deadline may be released. 3. Security Deposit Certain homes require a refundable security deposit to cover accidental damages, missing items or additional cleaning where necessary. After check-out and property inspection, the deposit is typically released within 5–10 working days provided no issues are identified. 4. Check-In and Check-Out Standard check-in begins at 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00 unless otherwise arranged in advance. Early arrivals or late departures may be accommodated when availability allows. Unauthorised late check-outs may incur additional charges due to cleaning and scheduling requirements. Guests staying in residential complexes may be asked to present identification or complete security registration on arrival in accordance with building procedures. 5. Cancellations Cancellation terms depend on the policy selected at the time of booking. Any applicable refunds are processed according to those terms. Platform service fees, banking charges or processing fees may be non-refundable where applicable. 6. Occupancy and Visitors Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Visitor access may be subject to building regulations and should be declared in advance when required. Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times. 7. Respecting the Home and Community Salt & Soul homes are located within residential communities, and guests are kindly asked to observe quiet hours, shared-space rules and residence guidelines. Parties, events or commercial activities are not permitted unless prior written approval has been granted. Any fines issued by residence management due to guest actions will be charged to the book
